Role Description
As a Display Assembler/Builder, you will be involved in all aspects of the warehouse operations related to custom trade show exhibit materials. This role is responsible for setting up and preparing exhibit projects of various sizes with some direction provided.
Daily, you will be involved in managing inventory, arranging freight, ensuring quality control, and all aspects of preparing exhibit properties for shipping. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, some woodworking knowledge and skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a hands-on working warehouse team member involved in daily tasks relating to prepping, receiving and check-in of custom modular exhibits under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor and Head of Operations & Production.
• Perform as necessary, any repairs needed to damage of high-pressure laminate exhibit components or shipping crates.
• Participate in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, exhibit prep, organizing and shipping custom exhibit materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through established check in processes.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety standards within the warehouse facility.
• Complete delegated tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and completion of projects.
• Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor, Head of Operations & Production and Client Services team to adhere to warehouse processes and procedures.
• Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading of trucks and preparing freight documentation.
• Adhere to warehouse protocols to maintain clarity and accuracy of records.
• Serve as an additional warehouse point of contact for in house client services team regarding warehouse related inquiries, including inventory availability, shipping updates and storage arrangements.

• Hands on working knowledge of cabinet construction, high-pressure laminate application and basic woodworking skills is a must.
• Ability to read blueprints and detailed assembly drawings.
• Hands-on mechanical and assembly skills using various power tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
• High School Diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a production related position.
• Strong skills in logistics with shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a must.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
• Able to sit, stand or walk around for the length of the work shift, up to eight hours.
• Able to work in conditions typical of a warehousing environment with fluctuations in seasonal temperature.
• Able to frequently push, pull, lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
